Connect the tools you already use

How a connection is stored, and when an agent is allowed to write.

Agents are built to work with the CRM, email, document, and deal tools the desk already uses. You do not replace those systems to start.

How a connection is stored

  • OAuth. Sign-in starts and finishes at the control plane. Your environment collects the encrypted credentials and stores them in its own vault. The control plane then deletes its temporary copy.
  • API keys. These go straight to your environment, are checked with the vendor, and are stored only in that environment's encrypted vault. They are not returned to the browser, written to logs, or sent to the control plane.

Read-only until you allow a write

Connections start read-only. Writing to an outside system takes two steps:

  1. Turn write access on for that connection.
  2. Grant write access to each agent that should have it.

The Microsoft 365 connector requests read-only permissions to mail, calendar, and files.

Disconnecting a system deletes its stored credentials.

The tools called out on the site include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RealNEX, Slack, HubSpot, and Salesforce, among others. See How it works.
