Cancellation and your data
The grace period after you cancel, and how long activity is kept.
After a subscription is cancelled, there is a 7-day grace period. Then the environment, including its virtual machine and volume, is deprovisioned.
What is kept, and for how long
Chat messages and agent tool activity are kept for 90 days on base plans and 365 days on higher plans, then deleted automatically.
That retention window is separate from cancellation. Once the 7-day grace period ends, the environment itself is removed.
Your organization keeps ownership of the material you provide. StratiqAI processes it only to operate your agents.
Before the grace period ends
Copy anything you still need while the environment is available.
- Disconnecting a connected system deletes its stored credentials.
- Removing an agent deletes that agent's profile and keys.
