Subscriptions and checkout
Where payment happens, and what StratiqAI does not store.
Subscription billing uses the payment processor's hosted checkout and billing portal. Card numbers never touch StratiqAI systems. The payment provider is a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider.
What that means in practice
- You enter card details on the processor's hosted checkout.
- You manage the card in the processor's billing portal.
- StratiqAI records the subscription. It does not store the card number.

What sits next to the subscription
The subscription is separate from the prepaid AI balance that caps model usage. See AI credits.
Chat messages and agent tool activity are kept 90 days on base plans and 365 days on higher plans, then deleted automatically. What happens after you cancel is in Cancellation and your data.
